EYSAMobile, an app to pay the parking meter from your mobile

If there is something that is destined to disappear in Spain, it is the races to renew the ORA ticket. There are more and more applications allowing pay the parking meter using mobile. It is the case of EYSAMobile, a free application that allows you to park your car in a regulated area without having to go to the parking meter, or leave a receipt in your vehicle, since payment is made directly with your mobile.

The operation is quite simple, although there must be a prior agreement with the town hall of the town where you want to park in order to use it. If that is the case, you just have to download the app, sign up (with email, mobile phone, credit card or PayPal and registration), and then select the city and how much you want to charge the card. This will be the balance to pay for the different parking meters.

When you have all this ready, you can use the available. Different options appear in the main menu (park, cancel report, recharge, current operations and history). To park, you just have to enter the license plate of the car, indicate in which area you park (if there is that option), the desired rate, and the end date of parking. After confirming the payment, there is nothing more to do. In some cities there is also the option "Unpark", with which the amount charged corresponding to the time not consumed is returned.

In the app there is also a History of all activity, which allows you to know how much has been spent on parking meters over time.

This option is available, for the moment, in Madrid, Murcia, Salamanca, Burgos, La Rioja, Ciudad Real, Lleida and Ibiza. It is also available in Pola de Siero (Asturias), Miranda de Ebro and Aranda de Duero (Burgos), Mollet del Vallés (Barcelona), Platja d'Aro (Tarragona), Guardamar (Alicante), Cartagena (Murcia), and Salobreña ( Grenade).

The app is free and available for iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and Blackberry.
