Lezi zitolo bekukude ukuthi zihambe ukuze zidume namuhla, noma kunjalo, imizamo yazo ibifanele, kusukela ngonyaka odlule. I- Ivolumu yokuthenga eyenziwe nge-inthanethi 23.3% ukwanda okungaqondakali, futhi lokhu kube ngumphumela wokukhula okuningiliziwe okulandelayo:
