Trailhead Matrix

Trailhead Matrix

Salesforce finished a second quarter with a shocking demo at their developer conference in San Francisco, TrailHeaDX, roughly quadruple last year's audience and its developers are full of new technology.

Over the last several years, the company has built a multidimensional matrix of products offering which includes components in the manager-client relationship such as sales that force automation and customer service, but they have been careful to introduce technology that is supported by administrators and developers alike. Which makes perfect sense.

Salesforce it is rapidly moving to a point where it can grow just by selling more CRM seats. Market research reflects that only a plurality of businesses use CRM today, implying that there is room for upcoming growth for this company and there is. However, many of the businesses that do not have CRM may be either very small or do not comply with the CRM model. A auto parts store and restaurant are businesses, but they are not CRM candidates

That goes without saying that they could not get profit from applying it. They can, but the common and the traditional have always been the essential and the most used for these types of businesses, and it is one more effort to want to enter the requirements of these programs.

The same could be said for the small businesses they are using CRM: They need to create a new way in which they can build and track applications, and that is what made TrailheaDX so interesting at the given lecture.

Salesforce DX is an open beta and it is very possible that your results will be displayed in a short time by Dreamforce. Hopefully these companies will be successful in all their projects and I look forward to seeing what awaits us from these companies in the future.
