The SME Initiative event on May 28 in Madrid will feature a session on eCommerce

Next Wednesday, May 28, a new session of the event will take place at the Ice Palace in Madrid SME Initiative. In this event, three parallel sessions will be held: one on efficient management of economic resources, another on efficient personnel management and a third on marketing and eCommerce.

With the title and the motto «Transform your SME: Improving the scope of marketing to improve sales ", in this session we will talk about media convergence to reach the customer, about how to measure and manage the relationship with customers and about how to make sales online.

SMEs Initiative is a communication platform created by and for SMEs aims to "Mobilize SMEs around a common goal, an objective, a reason, and fight so that SMEs are recognized as the true engine of the economy."

The event will take place at the Dreams Cinemas of the Palacio de Hielo Shopping Center in Madrid, on the morning of Wednesday, May 28. A total of seven presentations will be developed and it will end with a networking to share opinions and ideas.

The reception of the participants will take place at 8:45 in the morning.

At 9:00 am, the first block of presentations will begin, entitled "Reaching the customer: the convergence of media."

  • During the first minutes, Ángel Escribano Gamir, Director of Marketing and Sales of Interban Network, will give an introduction on the elaboration of a global and coherent strategy-
  • Then, Iván Fanego, Digital Strategist of Territorio Creativo will give a 30-minute talk entitled "Own Media, Earned Media and Purchased Media."

At 9:35 a.m., the second block of content will begin, focusing on the topic of "Measuring and managing the relationship with customers."

  • The introduction will be given by new Ángel Escribano, who will speak for approximately five minutes about the modernization of the marketing function.
  • Following this, Fernando Rivero, CEO of Ditrendia - Digital Marketing Trends will give a 30-minute presentation entitled "How to reach today's customer in an environment of channel convergence".
  • Later, Miriam Corpas, Director of IT Consulting at Makesoft Technologies and César Hassen-Bey, Director of
    Technological Development and Technological Innovation from Makesoft Technologies, will talk about "How to accelerate Marketing and Sales processes with a philosophy and a CRM solution".
  • Next, Cristóbal Sánchez, Marketing Manager of hibu will speak about "Digital Marketing for SMEs"
  • After a short coffee break, Estela Gil Berlinches, Online Marketing Manager at BrainSINS will give a talk on "Keys to online measurement".

The last block will begin at 12:10 and will deal with "How to sell online."

  • Ángel Escribano will introduce the topic with a few words about "New business or channel diversification."
  •  Andy Parra, Key Account Marketing Assistant of Adidas will speak next about "Marketing on line directed to the sale on line".
  • Afterwards, Javier del Paso, Consultant, trainer and speaker specialized in Marketing and Sales at brandSmith will give the last talk, entitled "Ecommerce and existing platforms".
