43 experts have confirmed their presence at the Retail Forum 2016 to be held in February

El Retail Forum 2016 warms up engines. Forty-three are the experts who, so far, have confirmed their participation in the 9st edition of the annual meeting of Retailers in Spain to be held in Madrid on February XNUMX.

Throughout the day, which will take place in two sessions (morning and afternoon), participants will be able to attend a strategic premium session (in the morning) and six technical free sessions (spread between morning and afternoon).

Strategic Premium Session: «Shopper and Trends: The future is now»

The only premium session of the day, aimed at general directors of companies and CEOs, will be developed around the topic Shopper and Trends: The future is now. 

After the reception of the participants at 9:30 a.m. and the opening of honor (10:00 a.m.), at 10:30 a.m. the first panel of experts will meet to discuss the issue Luxury tourists who come to Spain are looking for something else to spend. How to create shopping experiences tailored to extremely demanding customers?

After a planned break at 11:15 am, the panel of experts will meet again on the subject Next Point of Sale Generation: New trends in digital transformation. Omnichannel at the service of Retailers. They will talk about how to integrate point of sale & ecommerce to achieve a better customer experience and how to put omnichannel at the service of retailers.

At 13:30 p.m. the topic will be discussed Vision and mission of Retail CEOs. The future is now. On this occasion, we will talk about why pure players will cease to exist, why loyalty cards for points will fall into disuse and why retailers will have to collaborate to differentiate themselves.
